These Terms govern your use of the Mandiram website at mandiram.in and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Mandiram; "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Your obligations

When using our site and placing orders, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information, including delivery details.
  • Use the site only for lawful purposes.
  • Not misuse discount codes, payment systems or promotional offers.
  • Not place fraudulent, speculative or unauthorised orders.
  • Review product details, dimensions and descriptions before ordering.
  • Not attempt to interfere with, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the site.

4. Products and handcrafted variation

Many Mandiram products are cast and finished by hand. Small differences between individual pieces in colour, texture, polish, finish, carving and detailing are inherent to handmade brass and are not defects. Dimensions and weight may vary slightly. Product photographs are indicative; actual appearance may differ because of lighting, photography and your screen settings.

Product descriptions, weights and measures are provided in good faith and as accurately as we can.

5. Pricing and offers

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change at any time without notice.
  • Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout.
  • Discount coupons and promotional offers carry their own terms and expiry dates.
  • Unless expressly stated, two promotional offers cannot be combined.
  • If a product is listed at a materially incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you before doing so.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, the order appears unauthorised or fraudulent, the delivery address cannot be serviced, or other genuine circumstances prevent fulfilment.

7. Payment

We may offer UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets, Cash on Delivery where available, and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details. Orders are processed only once payment is authorised, except for Cash on Delivery.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All photographs, product descriptions, text, logos, designs, graphics and other content on this website belong to Mandiram or their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or use any of it commercially without our prior written permission. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm it is your own and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it in connection with our business. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or infringes another party's rights.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, epidemics, government action, courier failure or utility and network outages.

14. Grievance redressal

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any consumer rights you have to approach a forum near you, the courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
